  • Duur: 1h
  • Location : Salle de la Grande Main

Actress and author Mireille Bailly has created a contemporary story that aims to help us recover the noubas and javas and bombs and booms that we have missed.

In the story, golden-haired Éléonore, a charming nightingale in her twentieth year, finds her wings clipped by the absence of kindness. A crank with a strange keyboard, Maître Jacques, and an oddball with a flat top hat, Barnabé, rush to aid this grieving beauty and revive her sense of humour and joy. Although her path is riddled with pitfalls and a stubborn bumblebee has taken up residence in her heart, this beauty will rediscover the joys of life, song and marriage. Gainsbourg, Beatles, Souchon, Armstrong and Nougaro, Gaynor and Hallyday, Bruno Mars and Juliette Armanet punctuate the narrative, while the Pop-Up company joyously and cathartically remind us of something crucial: nothing can replace the happiness of being together!
