On a darkened stage, three female figures, three strong, powerful women, three warriors, three Valkyries!, take us into a whirlwind of primary, telluric, technological forces, in a hypnotic performance with growing tension.
With Forces, Leslie Mannès (choreographer and dancer), Thomas Turine (composer) and Vincent Lemaître (light designer) continue their search for new rituals, looking to provoke strong sensory and liberating experiences in the audience. Together, they develop a shared narrative of the body, sound and light, like three foundations of a new language to be built, and appeal to the irrational to celebrate the power of the living by staging bodies in constant transformation, connected to the elements, chaos, joy and community, and make dance the vector of an emancipating metamorphosis.
