Tatjana Pessoa explores her grandmother’s library, which she does not know much about, in the suburbs of Lisbon. Wanda Gamboa Chaves Da Fonseca Ferrao, who was born in 1920 and died in 2017, lived for almost a hundred years. Stored, classified and archived in a precise and annotated order, these books narrate their fair share of stories, both big and small. These valuable stories teach us how what those who have died leave behind shapes and moulds us.
