Le Pélican

August Strindberg / Jeanne Dandoy
07/03/2018 11/03/2018
  • Duur: inconnue, spectacle en création
  • Location : Salle de la Grande Main

The highly productive producer, actress and author Jeanne Dandoy offers us a virulent adaptation of Pélican by August Strindberg. After years insufficiency and rampant consumerism, a family lives cloistered in an sealed apartment after the death of the pater familias. Everyone is looking for the will, hoping for a better life.  Jeanne Dandoy dissects, with humour and rage, their subjugation to the diktat of a rampaging fear, instilled by a collapsing individualist society.
