Soirée de gala des Amis du Théâtre de Liège Alain Berenboom / Christine Delmotte
Director Christine Delmotte brings Monsieur Optimiste back to the stage with unfailing loyalty to the original novel by Alain Berenboom (which won the Rossel prize in 2013). The story of a son who decides to sort out the family records when his parents die. Infused with the author’s humour, the show brings a welcome light touch to a complex and dark story which constantly displaces worry with joyful irony.
