That it must be kept spinning, again and again. But why? Out of fear of immobility? Of emptiness? Of nothingness? Out of fear of missing out? So, we catch it mid-flight! And now… how far can we go?

Through its perpetual movement, Roue Giratoire draws us into the heart of a dance of instability. At every moment, balance is threatened, movement becomes a necessity, a language, an art form. Between physical performance and the poetry of vertigo, this show for a circus artist, a musician, a wheel and its manipulator hypnotizes young and old alike with the virtuosity and grace of its circular movements.

Théâtre de Liège, Latitude 50 in Marchin, and Théâtre de Namur join forces to shine a spotlight on today’s and tomorrow’s circus arts: around ten companies and fifteen performances featuring work-in-progress presentations, brand-new creations, and established shows.
The Liège stopover of Moments de Cirque will take place on Place Saint-Lambert on September 27 with the performance of Roue Giratoire by Johanne Humblet.
A day dedicated to performing arts professionals will also be organized.
