It is indeed a young Princess, a rival in spite of her stepmother, so it is about, but … But, it is Elizabeth, the “wicked” who tells us her version of the facts humorously. The Compagnie de la Cordonnerie debunks the famous story. An air hostess in her forties faced with the fear of ageing lives in rent-controlled housing in a suburb and raises her stepdaughter alone, a pretty Gothic teenager looking for her place in the world. At the same time, we follow the last turbulent months of the Berlin Wall and its fall in 1989, one of the last happy events in history. Joined on stage by two musicians, Métilde Weyergans and Samuel Hercule are the actor-noisemakers, using very heterogeneous means of craftsmanship, from the silent film that they wrote and produced. They invite you to a deep, magical, funny and shocking cinema show. Come and find your “story”.
