Le pouvoir des folies théâtrales

Jan Fabre
16/03/2016
  • Duration: 4h30
  • Location : Theater aan het Vrijthof, Maastricht

This majestic, festive, superb and arrogant funeral oration is the death knell of the old shapes and a celebration to the ones to come. The stage, falling prey to tears, sweat and naked flesh, is outrageously erotic. Jan Fabre, an unruly artist, presents us more than four hours of dancing during which his performers reach the limits of exhaustion. It is a whirling show which leaves us stiff as a board with the conviction we were put back on the right track.
