In 1936, a new conservative, anti-liberal, anti-Marxist and racist generation, the dream of a unified Reich. The Belgian politician Léon Degrelle is one of them. In his trilogy The sorrows of Belgium, the director Luk Perceval examined our tricolour flag and three sad passages from our history: the exploitation of the Congo under Léopold II (Black), the collaboration with the German occupiers during the Second World War (Yellow) and the Brussels attacks (Red).
