Jojo is an average boy and he has disappeared. Jojo represents the human and fragile part of childhood, the part which tries to do the best it can without asking questions. To bring home good grades because you must be good, to land a goal in the net because you have to be the best. Through a revealing investigation, the key characters in Jojo’s life emerge: his mother, his teacher, his football coach, pupils, pupils’ parents and more. This sixth play by the Tête à l’Envers company calls into question the obligation to perform, which seems to adhere to the principle of success, while giving nuance to the notion of failure. Success is good, but out of passion and without needing to be the best.
