On stage, a griot musician with a kora and sampler accompanies a live film, shot on location in Bamako. On screen, Diarrah Dembelé and Kassim Dagnogo explore the Malian capital on foot or by motorbike, filmed by Alfousseny and Souleymane Konaté. These visionary explorers shoot a live sequence that blends documentary and science fiction. Permeable clay soils, medicinal plants, resilient solutions and solidarity sit alongside fuel shortages, Chinese interference and unstable democracy… What if the future already existed elsewhere? The audience is taken on a thrilling musical road trip.
